Job description

My client is one of the most loved leisure travels brand start -up with premium services who is looking to hire a Strategic Human resource business partner.

Role Overview: As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will be a key contributor to our organization's success by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and fostering a culture of excellence and engagement. You will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on all aspects of HR, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Responsibilities: · Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support business goals. · Partner with the HR team to design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry. · Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures. · Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning. · Drive organizational development and change management efforts to enhance employee engagement and productivity. · Partner with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and develop programs to support employee growth and development. · Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness. · Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to address business challenges.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. · 8 to 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP or generalist roles. · Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and achieve business objectives. · Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. · Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to complex HR issues which are in line with business. · High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. · Industry experience : FMCG, Consumer goods, Travel & Tourism preferred. · Consistent career is a key factor for this role & immediate joiners preferred.
