EXPERIENCE Duties you'll be entrusted with: Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Controlling solutions within the Oil & Gas industry, from project initiation to deployment and post-implementation support. Provide comprehensive cost estimates for new products, product extensions, and operational requests in alignment with local or corporate initiatives. Utilize SAP S/4 HANA CO-PC module to calculate the cost per total quantity, considering price unit conversions and reporting currency adjustments. Conduct costing runs for mass data processing, enabling efficient costing, flagging, and release of multiple materials simultaneously. Manage Accounting Based COPA processes, including revenue distribution, volume distribution, manual adjustments, and yearly/quarterly/monthly estimates. Lead process improvement initiatives in product cost control, overhead cost allocations, intercompany accounting, and profitability reporting areas. Develop strategies and blueprints to enhance operations and refine processes within the domain of product costing. Define and maintain cost component structures to effectively group Cost Elements and allocate costs to different components such as Material Costs, Packaging, and internal Activities. Ensure accurate tracking of actual costs incurred in the production of materials through the Cost Object functionality in Product Cost by Period. Manage inventoriable costs, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses, to contribute to the creation of the company's inventory. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Available for remote work with a willingness to travel whenever required for project meetings, workshops, or client engagements. Maintain a notice period of 30 days for a seamless transition and knowledge transfer. Expectations from you: Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Over 7 years of hands-on experience in the SAP S/4 HANA Controlling module, specifically within the Oil & Gas industry. Proficiency in Product Costing methodologies, including cost estimation, costing runs, and cost component structures. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices. SAP certification(s) in the Control Module is a plus.Job tags
