Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Executive with a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and executing successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, strategic planner, and possess a strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase engagement, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.

2. Manage and optimize social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

3. Create engaging and compelling content tailored for each platform to increase brand awareness and engagement.

4. Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

5. Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user acquisition and engagement.

6. Regularly track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

7. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.

8. Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and high-quality graphics, images, and videos for social media posts.

9. Stay up-to-date with social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices, and provide recommendations to improve social media performance.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels.

11. Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies, and suggest innovative strategies to leverage them for business growth.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role, with a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and executing successful campaigns.

3. Solid knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc., and their respective best practices.

4. Demonstrated ability to create engaging and compelling content for different social media platforms.

5. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to monitor and analyze performance metrics.

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.

7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and content marketing is a plus.

10. Experience in graphic design, video editing, or photography is a plus.
