Job description
# Responsible for the operation and maintenance of utility equipment, including steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, hot oil pumps, hot water generation systems, various types of pumps and blowers, refrigeration screw chillers, cooling towers, gearboxes, DM/softener plants, and air handling units.
# Oversee the fabrication and erection of pipelines for efficient utility system functioning.
# Implement preventive maintenance procedures to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of utility equipment.
# Possess knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and actively participate in TPM activities.
# Familiarity with ISO audit system requirements and actively contribute to maintaining ISO compliance in utility operations.
# Proficient in using SAP system for managing maintenance schedules, work orders, and equipment inventory.
# Conduct regular inspections and testing of utility equipment to identify and resolve any issues or abnormalities.
# Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance and repair activities in a timely manner.
# Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work logs, equipment history, and maintenance records.
# Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations while performing utility maintenance tasks.
