Job description

Company Description Modi Builders, a leading construction company in Hyderabad, has an extensive background in the building industry. With several successful ventures and projects worth Rs. 4000 crore and seeking new projects, we plan to have about 20 million sft of construction with a total value of Rs.5000 crore in the next few months. We specialize in large residential townships and strive to create quality living spaces for our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the creation, organization, and maintenance of project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence. - Ensure that all project-related documents comply with regulatory requirements and company standards. - Oversee the contract administration process, including the review and negotiation of contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. - Collaborate with legal and project management teams to address contractual issues and ensure compliance. - Work closely with the finance department to manage construction budgets and monitor project expenses. - Provide regular reports on budgetary performance and propose corrective actions as needed. - Coordinate the acquisition of necessary permits and approvals for construction projects. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations throughout the construction process. - Facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients, and external stakeholders. - Address and resolve any administrative issues that may arise during the course of construction projects. - Identify potential risks and challenges related to administrative processes and implement strategies to mitigate them. - Collaborate with project managers to develop contingency plans for unforeseen circumstances. - Lead and mentor administrative staff within the construction department. - Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence. - Implement and oversee process improvements in construction administration, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency. - Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact construction administration. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in construction administration or related roles, with a track record of successful project oversight. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Familiarity with relevant software tools for project management and document control. - Effective communication and negotiation skills.
