Note - this is NOT work from home. It's an office based sales role with some field visits, selling to schools every day.

Location :  Hyderabad or Mumbai

Salary :  Rs.30,000 to 50,000 / month (Fixed) + Equity + Incentives

Organization :  We are a UK-based company that aims to transform how students first in India then around the world learn English. We sell software to schools (and sometimes tutors and NGOs) that allows novice teachers to teach international quality lessons, and students from homes with no english spoken, to practise speaking English at home. We have been selected and supported as an outstanding education intervention and funded by Peter Thiel and Tyler Cowan's Emergent Ventures, SparkMind VC and ACT Grants.

We recently raised a Seed+ round and have funding runway to (at least) July 2025.

Role :  We are looking for self-motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to sell our English Speaking program to schools.  This is an office based telephone sales role with some field visits

• Initial contact with schools customer to gauge interest
• Record lead details and outcomes accurately in CRM
• Conduct knowledgeable phone sales
• Collaborate with sales team to devise effective strategies
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals

The candidate :  An ideal candidate for this role has

• 0-5 years of sales experience, focusing on consultative selling
• Strategic thinker with strong verbal and written communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in research tools and effective sales techniques to understand customer accounts deeply
• Motivated team player comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
• Willingness to make multiple outbound sales calls and school visits daily

Requirements :

• Located in Maharashtra / Telangana (No relocation expenses will be paid)
• Good Internet / Data pack connection and power backup
• Android phone (for the EQ App) and a working Laptop
