Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at VB Secure Access. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will also identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with the sales team to generate new business.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in account management or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of x-ray security systems and metal detectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
