Shifts:Rotational (6-day work week with rotational shifts and week-offs)

Languages :- SkillsEnglish and Hindi (Essential), South Indian regional languages (Tamil,Telegu,Kannada, Malayalam - Preferred)

**Role and Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive interaction during calls. Your role will contribute to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

**Key Requirements:**
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Essential).
- Proficiency in any of the South Indian regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam - Preferred).
- Ability to handle customer queries effectively and provide timely resolutions.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekends.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degre Or Equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service will be an added advantage.
