Role Description This is a full-time on-site Head of Quality Control role located in Bengaluru. The Head of Quality Control will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet regulatory compliance standards, and will develop and implement quality control policies and procedures, audits, and inspections across all departments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Quality Control, Quality Management, or Pharmacy Minimum of 2 to 3 years ( Only ) of experience working in quality control within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry Basic knowledge of regulatory standards, such as Indian CDSCO, FDA, EMA etc Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures, audits, and inspections Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with data analysis, statistical process control, and lean methodologies is a plus Certifications in quality control, such as ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, are a plus Should have worked on Protein Extraction, Purification, testing and Analysis of the same.Job tags
