Job Description Role & Responsibilities: As part of the core sales and GTM team, you will be responsible for execution of end-to-end Enterprises sales. Your responsibilities will include: Prepare and deliver

technical

presentations explaining services and use cases to customers and prospective customers. Diagnose, understand, simplify customer articulated and unarticulated priorities and problem solve with Minfy service offerings Engage & drive end-to-end pre-sales activities for business development for the company in the cloud migration, modernisation, data analytics, Application Engineering and AI/GenAI use cases Ability to identify & prospect full range - Proficient in developing business collaterals based on latest developments in AI to showcase the potential of ML & AI for the enterprise Work in conjunction with the Data and Solution Architects teams to gather, analyse and prospect business problems to be solved using large volumes of quantitative and qualitative data and develop of point of view to build a solution for the problems Recommend enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices on AWS Cloud. Craft entry strategy into Enterprise accounts with Minfy’s existing AI/GenAI use cases or create novel prototype/POCs to tailor make. Needs to be a hustler/have problem solver mindset to manage customer, OEM (AWS) and Minfy internal, commercial, technical and delivery blockers. Ensure sales closure, oversee delivery, invoicing for revenue realisation and achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual quotas. Financial Outcomes Analysis: Calculate and assess the financial outcomes of cloud adoption and re-architecture decisions, helping customers make informed choices that optimize their investments. Will be ultimately responsible for CSAT, to farm the account for cross-sell and upsell.

Skills Required: You would be involved in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities and value-added services which requires a high level of creativity, learning potential, and deep quantitative subject matter expertise Experience in Enterprise consultative sales, analytics / ‘cloud-based’ service organizations with customer communication and relationship management being crucial Good communication, abstraction, analytical and presentation skills Experience and knowledge of critical phases of the sales process which includes requirement gathering, sales planning, solution scoping, proposal writing and presentation Knowledge and willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in business research, data science, Machine learning Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Excellent aptitude in business analysis and awareness of quantitative analysis techniques Excellent communication (both written & verbal) & articulation skills Data-driven mindset. Strong team player and ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team Experience with sales reporting Prior experience in account management (growth strategy, dealing with numbers - forecast, projections etc.) Experience in account management, keeping track on revenue goals and working on business development activities to meet targets Evidence of Hunting and Farming in cloud/data/AI with Enterprises.

Good to have: Experience with a Big 4 or Consulting SI or Data & Analytics company Top tier Engineering/ B-schools.
