Job Description

We are actively seeking a dedicated Delivery Manager with a distinct preference for a female candidate, bringing along a rich experience of 8-10 years in client relationship management. As a Delivery Manager, you will play a multifaceted, focusing on building and nurturing client relationships, fostering alignment with Sales and Delivery teams, and efficiently managing escalations. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain robust client connections, ensure the flawless execution of projects, and promptly address any issues or escalations that may arise. Qualifications

Must-have:

  • 8-10 years of proficiency in Customer Relationship Management.
  • A master's degree in Business, Customer Relationship Management, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication prowess, apt for effective client relationship management.

Should Have

  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent presentation skills with an innate ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Intermediate mastery of Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Have

  • Optional project management certification.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to foster collaboration across various teams.

Key Expectations And Responsibilities

Key Expectations and Responsibilities:

  • Build and Cultivate Client Relationships:Foster and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Enhance Client Relations:Expand and deepen client relationships, transcending ongoing projects.
  • Central Point of Contact:Act as the primary point of contact for addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Collaboration with Success and Sales Teams:Collaboratively work with the Success team to acquire testimonials from satisfied clients and collaborate with the Sales team to comprehend client expectations, project scopes, and contractual obligations.
  • Pre-sales Expertise:Provide valuable insights and expertise to aid in the development of realistic project proposals during pre-sales endeavours.
  • Alignment of Sales and Project Delivery:Ensure that project plans and deliverables are aligned with sales commitments. Forge close partnerships with the Delivery team to formulate project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Transparent Communication:Maintain transparent communication channels between the Sales and Delivery teams to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
  • Escalation Management:Establish and implement a robust escalation management process, swiftly addressing and resolving client concerns or issues.
  • Leadership and Coordination:Act as the central point of contact for critical project-related matters, coordinating with relevant teams for prompt resolutions.
  • Record-Keeping and Improvement:Maintain comprehensive records of escalations and resolutions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Leadership:Assume leadership of cross-functional project teams, overseeing all facets of project planning, execution, and closure.
  • Feedback Mechanisms:Set up mechanisms for soliciting feedback from stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, utilizing this feedback to make necessary adjustments to project plans and promptly address any issues or concerns.
