Stayture Tourism, a passionate travel and tourism company based in Kannur, Kerala is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our travel services and increasing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Promotion:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including B2B and B2C sales.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Marketing and Branding:

Create marketing campaigns to promote Stayture Tourism's services.

Utilize various marketing channels, including digital and traditional, to reach the target audience.

Develop and manage social media presence and online content.

• Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences.

Analyze data and market feedback to make informed business decisions.

• Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond to inquiries promptly.

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, (Preferred travel and tourism )

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of the local tourism landscape in Kerala as well as India

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
