Logistics done differently.
As a Specialist, EUC Services, you will be responsible for taking calls from our users based in US.
You will also be responsible to work on tickets, create user's ID's and monitor alerts. Excellent customer skills is a must.
What you'll do on a typical day: - You will be responsible for taking calls for password resets of login and Email ID's
- Account creations for different applications
- Taking remote control of user's machines and resolving technical issues
- Monitoring Solar wind alerts
- Taking emergency call and involving the respective teams to troubleshoot the issues
What you need to succeed at GXO: At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience in IT support
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
- Knowledge of networking and anti-virus programs
- Availability to work in 24 by 7 shifts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Outstanding multitasking and problem-solving capabilities
