Job description
- Conducting Morning Meeting as per the guidelines from CO (N) at sharp 9.00 AM.
- Discussion of Circulars/IOMs issued by CO(N).
- Submitting Daily Work Plan to RM/ZO as per the guidelines from CO(N).
- Collection of Daily work Plan from all RO staff and prioritize allocate works among Staff.
- Random checking of Daily Work Plan of all BMs to ensure that all are sending the work plan on time.
- Appreciate and motivating all the performing branches of previous day in each Products.
- Sanctioning of Leave of Branch Managers and RO Manager in HRMS.
- Initial screening and interview of BM candidates
- Branch visit as per the approved schedule from the competent authority.
