Position Overview: The Medical Devices Service Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment used in healthcare facilities.
This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer service orientation to ensure the safe and efficient operation of medical devices.

Responsibilities: - Responsible for installation, Periodic Maintenance service, Breakdown service and after-sales services and technical support based at headquarters
- Perform in house service for our Arthrex and Riwo Spine related equipment includes board and chip level service as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections, performance checks, and preventive maintenance on medical devices as per manufacturer guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and replace worn-out or faulty components, ensuring equipment reliability and patient safety.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service history.
- Monitor inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring the availability of critical components for timely repairs.
- Must work collaboratively with all other biomedical engineers, Business Partners, End Users and Equipment Manufacturer representatives.
- Individual is required to complete applicable documentation of all work performed, in a timely manner.
- Communicate complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical users.
- Train hospital staff on the proper operation and maintenance of medical equipment to enhance user proficiency.
- Travel will be required for the breakdown service, PMS, AMC /CMC, Cadaver program and live surgery Support.
- After-hours work may be required on a scheduled and nonscheduled basis to complete required work.
