JOB DESCRIPTION: Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships Co-ordination with creative agency, social media agency, PR agency, website development agency and ensuring they work in the right direction and meet deadlines Handling social media accounts of brand on day to day basis Content planning for social media Contributing to and developing, marketing plans and strategies Market Research Member Feedback Survey Franchise Lead Management PR and networking with media personnels Social media tracking Competition analysis regularly Giving support to clubs for marketing related activities Database management Marketing collaterals management Preparation of Agency reviews, minutes of meetings etc Vendor Management
