IT Application Technology - Java, Node.js, Angular Web Application Developer Job Description:Mahindra Insurance Brokers is seeking an experienced IT Application Technology Developer with expertise in Java, Node.js, and Angular Web Application development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, with a focus on self-development and integration experience. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai (Kurla).Responsibilities:1. Develop, implement, and maintain Java, Node.js, and Angular-based web applications for Mahindra Insurance Brokers.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical requirements for application development and integration projects.3. Design and develop efficient, scalable, and maintainable software solutions aligned with industry best practices.4. Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application functionality and performance.5. Work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve application issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.6. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, providing technical guidance and insights for continuous improvement.7. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall code quality and maintainability.8. Mentor and assist junior developers in their technical growth and development within the organization.9. Collaborate with internal teams, including business analysts, quality assurance, and project managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.10. Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.Requirements:1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2. Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Node.js, and Angular web application development.3. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, and design patterns.4. Extensive experience in building and integrating web services and RESTful APIs.5. Proficient in database concepts, SQL, and ORM frameworks.6. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture is highly desirable.7. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.8. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.9. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.10.
