Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of the production process, from raw materials to finished products. The Production Manager will lead a team of production staff, ensuring that all production targets are met, and quality standards are maintained. They will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining production schedules, ensuring that resources are optimally utilized, and identifying and addressing operational issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• 8+ YEARS Experience in the wire and cable manufacturing industry is a plus
• Experience in managing large-scale production operations
• Excellent project management skills with experience in implementing production schedules
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and quality control systems
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions on time
• Experience in implementing and managing safety protocols and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, production management, or related field
• Experience in the wire and cable manufacturing industry is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
