Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager- Compensation & Benefits. 
As Compensation and Benefits workstream, you’ll be supporting the Digital Transformation journey of C&B in Genpact globally. This role will provide an opportunity to envision and implement world class processes and user experience for compensation through the implementation of a new ERP system.  While supporting the implementation of a world class ERP at Genpact, this role will heavily focus on redesigning and building architectures for compensation ranges which are relevant and applicable in global environment. The role also provides an opportunity to closely partner with global C&B teams, IT Teams, and other cross functional teams… and that’s why we are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about Digital Transformation. 

Responsibilities: 
•    As a C&B SME, reimagine the way global compensation processes like Annual compensation review, Promotion, Correction etc. work in the organization  
•    Involve in the Job Architecture framework design at an organizational level 
•    Design the future Global Pay Range model for Genpact  
•    Build the Organizational Framework for architecting Global Compensation Ranges for Hiring, Internal Mobility and Career Progression 
•    Drive the Global Change Impact communication for C&B workstream as a part of this transition
•    Liaison with multiple stakeholders like regional C&B, HCM, Finance, IT etc., to have a holistic view 
•    Coordinate with external teams like ERP SMEs and system integrators to ensure timely delivery of requirement documents for compensation workstream
•    Support interconnected workstreams in the ERP implementation e.g. recruitment, onboarding, HCM, payroll, reporting and analytics for seamless built


Qualifications we seek in you!  
Minimum Qualifications  
•    Understanding of C&B dynamics  
•    Experience with the Workday compensation module is preferred but not mandatory
•    Strong Industry networking and progressive mindset
•    Strong problem-solving and Analytical skills  
•    Management Reporting and Escalation handling 
•    Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills  
•    Ability to handle projects independently
•    Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills 
•    Comfortable working with data and numbers  
•    Internal / External Stakeholder coordination 
•    Self-learning & development

•    Graduates & Above
