Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a UPSC Faculty at IIBS Bengaluru. The UPSC Faculty will be responsible for delivering lectures, designing course content, preparing study materials, evaluating student performance, and providing academic guidance and support. The Faculty member will also be responsible for mentoring and advising students, participating in academic research, and contributing to the overall development of the academic program.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in UPSC-related subjects, such as economics, political science, and current affairs
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, curriculum development, and student evaluation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as individually
- Relevant academic credentials, such as a Master's or PhD in a related discipline
- Experience in research, publishing, and presenting papers at academic conferences is a plus
- Passion for teaching, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to student success
- Familiarity with new pedagogical practices, e-learning, and technology-enhanced learning is highly desirable
