Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the property. This includes overseeing maintenance and repairs, managing tenant relations, ensuring compliance with all property-related laws and regulations, and ensuring that the property is always fully occupied. The Property Manager will also be responsible for managing the property budget and ensuring that expenses are kept within budgetary constraints.
