State Head-Sales, States of North - East, India - Malodia Business Coaching Pvt. Ltd .
Malodia Business Coaching is a leading company that provides business coaching, mentoring, and training to entrepreneurs and businessmen across India. We are looking for a State Head Sales to join our team and lead our sales operations in the assigned state.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives in the assigned state
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives and consultants to deliver high-quality service and results to our clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the state
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, events, etc.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends and provide feedback and recommendations to the management
- Ensure compliance with the company's policies, standards, and values
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the business coaching, consulting, or education industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading sales teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Willingness to travel within the state and occasionally outside the state
