Job Responsibilities: The HR Business Partner opportunity, with Infinity Learn – The fastest growing Edtech in India, a venture with ambitious plans, would be expected to execute the data driven culture and building a foundation over Meritocracy right from the start. This would be in co-ordination with the Management and the HR leadership and would be a conscious effort towards building the very foundation on which the organization would be built. As an Edtech we target to create an unparalleled attention to “Powering Learners’ for Success” and would need innovative approach to create a very distinct culture. This role would be the custodian of that and would be responsible for inculcating the fundamental behavior in the organization.

Job Duties: • Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers. • Have a strong understanding of functional imperatives and build effective working relationships with all stakeholders. • Connect with employees across their entire life cycle and proactively create mechanisms for effective communication, engagement and motivation. • Proactively manage retention through various employee engagement initiatives. • Partner with functional heads to design the right organization structure for maximum efficiency. • Collaborate with the TA team to address challenges in the hiring process and identify opportunities to improve. • Play a role in executing the HR policies & PMS. • Responsibility for dealing with workplace conflict through effective mediation • Responsible to design and implement an effective recognition program • Collaborate with L&D to ensure the capabilities of the work force is increasing

Desired Candidate Profile: • Masters in Human Resource Management is must with 3-4 years of total experience, with a years with Start Up experience. • 6 Day working (2nd and 4th Saturday Off) • Strong understanding of HR processes and proven track record of implement robust employee engagement practices. • Strong Business Acumen and proven track record of partnering effectively with Business to design appropriate people solutions. • Ability to articulate well, persuasion and influencing skills, listening with empathy • Exceptional presentation skills •A self-starter who works autonomously
