Job Description
Reporting into the Head of Legal you will be responsible for:
- Providing commercial and practical legal advice and support and advise on day-to-day business operations and commercial matters including issues arising with customers, vendors and other partners
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including sales and procurement contracts in accordance with internal requirements and local laws, agreements with third parties such as agents and distributors
- Reviewing, updating and creating precedent agreements and legal processes as needed and appropriate
- To advise and support dispute resolution processes
- Litigation management as required
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you have 10 to 16 year's experience as a legal counsel. You will be preferred if you have experience as a generalist legal counsel who has worked upon all the legal matters. You should have strong interpersonal and organisational skills including critical thinking, problem solving, negotiating, managerial courage, conflict management, composure, and organisational agility. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage completing deadlines
