Area of Responsibility:

· Audit of stock.

· Transfer of medicines in the branch.

· To check all employees are working as per work allotted / expected.

· Over all maintenance of discipline & management in the shop. 

• Main Responsibilities:
  

· ·  Follow SOP designed by corporate/Head office.

1. Primary Responsibility:
   

· Focus / planing to achieve sales growth

·  customer satisfaction

2.Additional Responsibility:

· Employee satisfaction 

Requirements

Personal Skill:

· Good Communication and leadership skills.

· Good in excel

· Fast learner.

· Adaptive.

· Have experience MIS executive   minimum 2 yrs. ( may be non medico )
