Job Summary/ Job Opportunity:
Software Product Implementation
· Create new business proposals, create estimates and establish milestones
· Create software implementation roadmaps for insurance product launches on technology platforms
· Requirements gathering from customers
· Solutioning to meet Business needs
· Create PoC's for business development and new launches
· Property and Casualty Insurance specialist leading implementation of insurance LoB product launches across the globe on technology platforms
· Planning, implementing and scheduling activities in a project plan to ensure completion of the project within the defined timeframe while ensuring quality standards and optimal resource utilization.
Competency Building and Delivery management
· Build and support OnBase technology platform capability within organization
· Responsible for managing multi-applications solution delivery with complex integrations across systems.
· Ownership of deliveries along with tech management.
· Coordinate across multiple teams for development, QA, and UAT.
· Responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are on time and meet defined standard.
· Ensured adherence to SLAs/KPIs with focused implementation of process improvements and best practices within support area.
· Motivate, manage, recruit and lead projects across cross functional teams
· Exposure to Agile frameworks
· Exposure to SDLC & Incident tools like DevOps, JIRA, Service Now
Relationship Management
· Manage customer relationships
· Liaison with prospective customers
· Demo and presentation to customers
· Attend meetings, seminars and brain storming at customer locations
· Grow existing accounts
Position: Associate Director, Onbase
Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities:
· Overall Experience 15+ yrs
· 10+ years experience in P&C domain.
· 10+ years experience developing solutions.
· 8+ years Hyland OnBase development and solutioning.
· B.E/ B. Tech / MCA - Full time from premier Engineering colleges.
· Proven track record of insurance product launch on insurance platforms.
· Experience building highly scalable and low latency systems/platforms.
· Experience with SDLC using scrum methodology.
· Experience with onshore and offshore engagement models.
· Champion in delivering Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
· Excellence in Engagement management derived from outstanding communication skills interacting with various stakeholders
· Extensive knowledge working in Product environment in capacity of a implementation specialist.
· Expertise in managing multi vendor engagements
· Experience in project management, P&L, governance
