Job description

Magnon Group is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Marketing Collateral Designer to join our dynamic creative team for a multinational client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the hands-on design and art-working (making  print-ready files) of various marketing materials, including Print ads, OOH Ads, and POS assets like standees, danglers, leaflets, and flyers to name a few. Experience in designing e-mailers and digital media banners will be an added advantage. The candidate should possess good communication skills, be agile in adapting designs for different platforms, and demonstrate a high level of responsibility toward meeting deadlines.

Experience: 5-8 Years

Location: Bangalore (Whitefield)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and effective marketing collaterals, including but not limited to standees, danglers, leaflets, flyers, emailers, and digital media banners.

2. Adaptation: Skillfully adapt designs for use across various platforms and sizes, ensuring consistency and maintaining brand identity.

3. Print-Ready Files: Generate print-ready files for all designs, ensuring accuracy, color consistency, and adherence to printing specifications.

4. Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.

5. Timely Delivery: Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility towards deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering high-quality designs within specified timelines.

6. Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to execute designs efficiently.

Qualification and Skills :

1. Advanced Certificate/Diploma/bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.

2. Proven experience of between 5 to 8 years in designing marketing collaterals, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse projects.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustration, Photoshop, Indesign, and other relevant design tools.

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively.

5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

6. Agility in adapting designs for various platforms and sizes.

7. Understanding of printing processes and experience in creating print-ready files.

8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
