Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Design And Development of sheet metal Laser cutting, Bending and Fabrication Parts , Engineer located in Pune Talawade. The Design And Development Engineer will be responsible for creating, designing, and developing new products and prototypes. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess project needs, identify opportunities for improvements, and develop new solutions. Additionally, they will be responsible for testing and validating designs, resolving issues, and ensuring that projects adhere to timelines and budgets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, or related fields 5 to 8+ years of experience working as a design and development engineer or related field Knowledge of 3D modeling and simulation software (SolidWorks, Solide Edge and AutoCAD) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop new solutions Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and constraints Like (Laser cutting + bending + Fabrication +Powder Coating, shot blasting and painting process) . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Experience with material selection and testing Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO, ASME, and ANSI Experience with project management and budgeting is a plusJob tags
