Overview
As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform to enhance user experience and drive business growth. You will lead development initiatives, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities - Solution Design and Architecture:
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Development and Customization:
- Develop and customize Salesforce features using Apex, Javascript, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Lightning to meet business needs.
- Implement advanced Salesforce configurations, including workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
- User Experience Enhancement:
- Drive initiatives to enhance user experience by designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Implement responsive design principles and optimize user interactions to improve overall usability.
- Integration and Data Management:
- Architect and implement integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration techniques.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing robust data management practices and governance controls.
- Performance Optimization:
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize Salesforce solutions for speed, efficiency, and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to optimize code quality and performance.
- Technical Leadership and Mentorship:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices and development methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on solution design and development.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II is required.
- Extensive experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Lightning.
- Experience with Javascript a plus
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
