Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at The Daleside Manor in Kasauli Tehsil. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for supervisory tasks, ensuring service standards are met, managing food service operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with team members and customers.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Service Standards
• Food service experience, including knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Customer service skills, including conflict resolution and problem-solving
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred
