Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Pune Maharashtra

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesforce Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging Salesforce to identify and qualify leads, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our sales pipeline. Responsibilities: 2-4yrs of experience, with relevant experience of salesforce Utilize Salesforce to identify potential leads and opportunities within target market segments. Conduct research to gather relevant information on leads and prospects. Qualify leads through various methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media outreach. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted lead generation strategies. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates in Salesforce. Analyze lead data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Assist in the development and optimization of lead generation processes and workflows. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in lead generation and Salesforce utilization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Strong understanding of lead generation principles and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Highly organized with great attention to detail. Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
