Job description
5 -6 years of hands-on in Configuring, managing, troubleshooting and upgradation of F5 Load balancer (LTM/APM)) and 3+ years experience on Secondary skills ( Palo Alto Firewall or Fortinet Firewall ) in Global environments.
- Knowledge on Infoblosx, SolarWinds.
- Hands-on configuring/troubleshooting/upgradation of F5 LTM/APM Policy configuration of F5 VIP/IRULE/Policy Based Routing/Failover/Flow troubleshooting/ SSL certificate renewal process on F5
- Hands-on in managing, configuring and troubleshooting of Palo Alto or Fortinet Firewall. Implementation experience of Access rule/NAT/routing, management of Firewall using Panorama or Fortimanager,
- Resolving Incidences as per agreed SLA.
- Interact and escalate with Vendor for any system defect and coordinate for support tickets resolution. Monitor, detect and investigate auto alert ticket for managed devices.
- Apply emergency changes in case of security or other incidents.
- Troubleshooting experience on F5 and Firewall, open for 24*7 support , provide on call support when required.
- Experience in Incident management, Change management and Problem management.
- Ready to learn new technologies as per demand for support.
