We are hiring for customer-focused individual for this position who has good communication skills (spoken and written) is must and can respond to customer queries on calls, handle complaints and often need to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, which requires the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively with 100% customer satisfaction. 

 

Job Title: Associate – Customer Support

Qualification- Graduate

Location: Delhi/NCR

Experience: 1 to 2 years' relevance experience 

Responsibilities

• Job will involve selling value premium products and generating revenue as Individual contributor.

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the

time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive

communication.

• Attention to Detail -Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
