Role Description
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive with expertise in lead generation to join our expanding team.
As a Sales Executive - Lead Generation, you will be the driving force behind identifying and engaging potential clients, contributing significantly to the overall growth and success of Lawyered.
This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of effective lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Identification:
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry publications.
- Utilize tools and platforms to create a robust database of potential leads.
- Outbound Prospecting:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce Lawyered's services to potential clients.
- Qualify leads and gather information to understand their needs.
- Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the B2B & B2C sales team to pass on qualified leads for further engagement.
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance lead conversion strategies.
- Lead Nurturing:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through ongoing communication.
- Provide relevant information and materials to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Regularly update the sales team on the status of leads and prospects.
- Performance Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications
1) Essential:
- Proven experience of 2-4 years in lead generation, preferably in a Logistics & Supply Chain, or service-oriented industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
2) Desirable:
- Knowledge of the Logistics & Supply Chain, legal-tech or related industry.
- Experience with advanced lead generation tools and techniques.
