Job Overview Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience | Full-Time | Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Qualifications And Skills - Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software for creating and reviewing construction plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Time management and organizational abilities
- Valid driving license and own bike for site visits
- Familiarity with measurements and sizes of construction materials
- Previous experience in site supervision or related roles is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate construction activities at various project sites
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to the management
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work schedules and reports
- Train and supervise construction workers to ensure efficiency and quality
- Conduct inspections to identify any issues or defects and take necessary corrective actions
- Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during project execution
- Coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment required for construction projects
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and budget
- Ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within the allocated budget
