In this capacity, you'll helm and propel sales and account management endeavours within a specific sector of our operations. Job Objective: To ensure Hello December gains recognition among project influencers such as architects, interior designers, and contractors by fostering regular communication, onboarding them onto the partner program, highlighting Hello December's products, persuading them of Hello December's quality, and demonstrating how Hello December meets their needs best. Roles & Duties: - Cultivate personal relationships and engage with architects and interior designers to enroll them in Hello December's partner program. - Maintain consistent communication with architects, contractors, key national architects, and interior designers to educate them about the benefits of using Hello December products and encourage them to specify Hello December products from the corporate portfolio for their clients. - Establish an extensive database of influencers, including architects, interior designers, and contractors. - Offer guidance, assess Hello December's practices and procedures, and collaborate with the sales team to devise effective sales strategies. - Provide updates and insights on key projects to the Hello December marketing team to ensure effective specification of Hello December products. - Monitor competitor activities within the influencer group and report findings to the leadership team. - Organize Architect Meets to foster relationships with Hello December. - Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events to enhance product knowledge, refine selling techniques, and develop positive relationships with customers. Skills and Qualifications: - Preferably a background in design/architecture with an MBA (not mandatory). - 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. - Education in interior design, architecture, or any relevant field. - Proficiency in design-based solutions. - Strong key account management skills.Job tags
