International Development Planning Analyst [Analytics & Market Research]

Job Summary:

The Analyst, International Development Planning is a global role reporting directly to the Director, International Development Planning. This critical role will enable and support growth within Inspire International for all brands across all existing and future markets, supporting the market planning, strategic planning and reporting, as well as the international development platform systems and processes.

Describes the most important responsibilities that account for 80% of position:

• Conduct comprehensive market research, analyzing demographic and psychographic data, economic indicators, and geographic factors to assess market potential, identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer preferences.
• Collaborate with the broader development and regional field teams to evaluate franchisee market plans and development strategies for new and existing markets. Utilize GIS mapping tools and demographic models to identify and map optimal sites based on target trade areas, traffic patterns, population density, and target market demographics.
• Assist in the development of long-range plans and growth strategies for our portfolio of brands. Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis and market insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect, aggregate, and conduct thorough data cleaning and validation processes on existing restaurant data, while also assisting in developing a comprehensive strategy for collecting new data to supplement existing datasets, enhancing decision-making capabilities and maintaining a centralized repository of clean and reliable data for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, marketing, and regional field teams, to align development initiatives with organizational objectives, and foster collaboration and communication to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies.

Describes additional responsibilities that account for 20% of position:

• As required, support relevant International Team or Inspire Brands projects that contribute to the growth ambition for the development team.
• Be an active and contributing member of the International Development Team, be involved in wider and broader initiatives, thinking, and planning periodically.
• Document and record progress, present latest status and progress of tasks and goals.
• Create and conduct presentations internally and for external audiences.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Requirements:

Minimum:

• Bachelors Degree
• Bachelors Degree Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related relevant field

Preferred:

• Graduate Degree
• MBA or masters degree in relevant field

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum 2+ Years of Experience

• Prior franchisee relationship experience, a plus

• Passionate about building the Inspire Brands International platform and bringing its brands and guest experiences to people around the world
