Lead multiple projects, adept in drafting business cases, setting program strategy, overseeing project execution ensuring overall program deliverables are met per cost, schedule, and scope commitments, proactively handling escalations as necessary to ensure program goals are accomplished and are in line with business objectives.
Monitors and coordinates dependencies across the projects in the program and resolves conflicts.
Maintains regular interactions with the executive sponsor and stakeholders to inform, alert, negotiate and maintain a continuing good relationship and shared vision for the program outcome. This includes providing regular status reports in various formats and forums ensuring full transparency of program status and health
Manages programs major time frames and the definition of its major deliverables to address and meet the desired goals and outcomes. This includes establishing appropriate governance functions for the program in accordance with enterprise policies and practices, and on behalf of the executive sponsor or senior responsible owner.
Manages program budget and manages expenditure within agreed spending plans
