We are seeking a seasoned Azure Infrastructure Architect to lead the design and implementation of our cloud-based infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. This role is critical for creating a resilient, secure, and scalable cloud environment that supports our organization's needs.
Main Responsibilities Include:
• Design and develop a comprehensive cloud infrastructure strategy focusing on networking, compute, storage, and security.
• Implement and manage Azure cloud services, ensuring they adhere to industry best practices and compliance requirements.
• Guide business and technical decision makers on creating business value leveraging the Azure platform
• Serve as the as the go-to technical resource in the Azure Infrastructure space with a specific focus on Azure Landing Zones, Datacenter Migration, Modern Management, Infrastructure as Code, and Security.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans using Azure capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT security teams to enforce security policies and monitor cloud environments for potential threats.
• Document architecture designs and operational procedures.
