Explore more about us at: WHAT YOU WILL DO: YOUR AREA OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE: Role: Sales Manager (Retail Enterprise Software) Job Summary : The ideal candidate will possess a mix of excellent communication skills, ERP, SaaS, POS retail software experience and business acumen. To sell the cutting-edge ERP, SaaS, POS software solutions to the enterprise retailers. Responsibilities: 1. Analyze business processes and provide solutions using INTELLECT COMMERCE Product Suites. 2. Gather customer requirements and conduct gap analysis. Perform Software/Application configuration for the Demonstration purpose and present to customers. 3. Achieved Sales Target assigned for the North India & North Eastern territory as per requirement. Co- ordinate with Presales & Senior Product experts for complex requirement configuration. 4. Prepare commercials and coordinate with customers for sales cycle closure. 5. Pre-sales support and demonstration of INTELLECT COMMERCE, 6Dx Product Suite. 6. Implement INTELLECT COMMERCE, 6Dx Product Suite to the firm's standard methodology to Channel Partners 7. Provide user training and support to Channel Partners. Required Qualifications: 1. Experience in retail industry and thorough understanding of the retail domain. Experience in Saas based product Sales specially POS software/ ERP 2. Actively hunt the new opportunities in the assigned territories 3. Actively participates in sales calls and presentations; identifies goals, evaluates account needs, and close the deals 4. Ability to achieve complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal preparation to final negotiation with clients 5. Excellent listening, verbal, written and research skills 6. Quick learner, highly inquisitive and ambitious 7. Ability to understand and successfully promote solution offerings 8. Organized, with strong prioritization skills for follow-ups 9. Effectively builds relationship with CXO level executives 10. The ability to deliver engaging presentations and communicate technical information 11. The ability to build strong relationships, internally and externally 12. Exceptional networking and rapport building skills 13. Excellent written and oral communication skills. 14. Support the identification and development of new business opportunities and help to maintain and grow business within the assigned territories. 15.
