Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Mumbai. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers and printers. They will ensure computer hardware and software are running smoothly and efficiently to meet user needs and will work closely with other IT professionals to maintain and improve the IT infrastructure.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in desktop computers and printer support
  • Technical support and troubleshooting experience
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services, and other Microsoft technologies is a plus
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
