Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Manager Public Relations/Media located in South Delhi. The Associate Manager - Public Relations/Media will be responsible for managing and executing media relations and public relations activities on behalf of clients. They will work closely with clients to identify communication objectives, develop and execute media and public relations programs and provide strategic counsel. They will lead a team of professionals dedicated to media and public relations, and will be responsible for providing comprehensive direction and leadership to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in communication, marketing, public relations, journalism or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in public relations, journalism or a related field
• Strong writing skills and an expert understanding of media relations and public relations principles and practices
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and senior executives
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while also maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in managing teams and delegating tasks
• Knowledge of the Indian media landscape and political landscape is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Experience using PR measurement tools is a plus
