Job description
Working with a client of ours in the precision engineering industry where they are looking for a die casting manager Location- Nellore Job Description：
1. Responsible for making departmental work plans and goals, as per the production plan ,
to make reasonable arrangements and monitor the implementation ,as well as to ensure
products delivery on time;
2. Having capability of timely handling abnormalities in die-casting equipment, molds, and
product quality, analyzing the root causes of abnormalities and product defects,
proposing improvement plans, and improving the yield rate of die-casting products
3. Responsible for daily management of the die-casting workshop and make rational
allocation of personnel, formulate and implement personnel responsibilities of each
position and assessment
4.Responsible for cost control and safety management in the department, supervising the
implementation of production safety and labor discipline in the die-casting workshop.
5.Supervising the implementation of process documents, optimizing production processes,
and improving product quality and production capacity.
6. Responsible for training department employees on job skills and professional ethics
7.Responsible for on-site 5S management in the die-casting workshop
8.Supervising equipment, tooling, and mold management, proposing mold optimization
plans (if necessary), and ensuring production effectiveness
9.Completing other tasks assigned by company leaders on time
