Designation : Business Development Intern Location : Remote (India) Grade : Intern Duration : 3 months (Full Time) Stipend : INR10,000 per month Key highlights : After 3 months, based on performance, interns have an opportunity for conversion to a full-time role with an annual base salary of INR 360,000 - 480,000

Role Overview We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Intern passionate about Client Relations, Pre-sales, and Consulting Delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for a MBA graduate (2022 or 2023 batch) eager to make a mark in the HR Technology domain. Working closely with senior management, you'll have a chance to contribute significantly to our business growth.

As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Develop a sales plan targeted at Small, Medium, and Large Enterprises in India, Singapore, UAE, and Saudi Arabia that are interested in acquiring HR Technology solutions. Assist in managing incoming leads and nurturing them through the sales process until logical closure. Focus on providing exceptional customer experiences that foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing customers, aiming to increase revenue per customer. Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and execute new events, webinars, and product demos to generate fresh leads. Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement in the sales process and suggest potential enhancements. Implement a multi-pronged engagement strategy to drive leads from HR teams. Learn and adapt to our sales techniques, tools, and processes under the guidance of the sales team.

Qualifications: A recent graduate or a fresher (2022 or 2023 batch) with a keen interest in pursuing a career in sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques is a plus. Familiarity with HR Technology solutions is desirable but not mandatory. Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
