Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Noida. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and lead generation efforts. The Sales Account Manager will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and communication to clients.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and managing client accounts
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the SMS industry is a plus
