As a Revenue Operations senior analyst you will partner closely with the CRO and regional sales leaders to deliver deep insights, operational excellence and action. Key activities will include: Develop a data drive approach to pipeline / forecasting. Own the process and administration of the weekly calls. Identify critical issues impacting operations and strategy from metrics including productivity insights, lead-to-sales analysis, revenue analysis, and segment/account trends Facilitate sharing of reports/data, insights, and recommended actions with sales Ensure the RevOrg team[s] has appropriate reporting, dashboards, and analytics with high-quality data. Identify, analyze, interpret and communicate trends or patterns in complex data sets Own quota setting, territory management, process improvement Work with management to prioritize business and information needs Assist with QBR/QOR preparation Qualifications 7+ years experience in Sales Operations & Strategy in a sales organization (SaaS preferred) Minimum of 10+ years’ total work experience Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferred Deep, recent experience with modern GTM tech stack Understanding of sales processes and ability to engage proactively/confidently with experienced sales leaders Strong project management skills set, leading projects with cross-functional team members in sales/marketing/customer success/IT/finance/HR Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights Strong excel skills set to retrieve and analyze data from disparate sources Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Self-starter with an ability to work autonomously We are Globally Local With a diverse team across four continents, and customers in over 60 countries, you get to work closely with a global perspective right from your own neighborhood.
