Job description

We have excellent Job opening for Support Head for our Bhubaneswar, Raipur And Delhi Location.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Preparation of quarterly financial results, statement of assets and liabilities, Handling quarterly / half yearly / annual closing by preparing full set of financials, notes to accounts as per Ind AS and co-ordination with statutory auditor for audit and ensuring adherence of audit schedule. 

Conducting variance analysis of operating expenses, sales & admin, staff cost, interest cost, other comprehensive income, effective tax rate and analyzing the profitability of the Company. 

Ongoing study of new accounting and disclosure development and preparing accounting and disclosure guidelines on the same for issuing to F&A team of various business units for implementation. 

Ensuring system implementation for the change in accounting and disclosure requirement. . basic knowledge on SAP and compulsory Experience in Excel Formulas & Tally.

Regular accounting, finalization of accounts,TDS / GST / Income tax compliance,PF, PT & other compliance management,Verification payroll & accounting.

Vendor Ledger Management,Ledgers Reconciliation & Bank Reconciliation,Preparation of Monthly MIS and variance analysis and budgets and cash flow projections.

Bill booking and verification of purchase of raw material, packing material, import purchase, purchase spares and others, CHA bills, clearing & forwarding bills, export fright bills, local freight bills, canteen, security, transporters bills, employees expense reimbursement, etc.

Review and approving transactions and documentations to ensure 0% error and statutory compliance.

Financial managers also investigate ways to improve profitability, and analyze markets for business opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile:-

B. Com- Commerce And M. Com- Commerce / CA Inter / CMA Inter  with 7 years of relevant experience.

Confident and Result Oriented.

Good at Communication.

Good in MS Office.

Good Follow Up Skills

Good in excel and communicating skills
