Technical Skills:
A senior level Technical Project Manager in Pune
This TPM will support two different projects with development background, preferably in Java and AWS
Must Experience:
13+ Experience in leading multiple development teams
Effective in communicating strategic plans, product architecture, design principles, results, and negotiating options at senior management levels.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C#, .NET, Node.js, etc.
Deep understanding and experience in Agile software engineering practices and complete software development life cycle
Experience in AWS or other Cloud technologies is must.
Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team building, and conflict resolution.
Advanced project management skills, including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence skills.
Advanced business acumen, technical knowledge, and extensive knowledge in applications and technologies.
Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
Experience with ADO and or JIRA
Strong communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language
AGILE/SAFe/PMP certified.
Desired Skills:
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and experience in working in complex environment with multiple stake holders
Experience in setting up and continually improving CI/CD tools (Git, Kubernetes, Jenkins), processes, and procedures preferred
Certifications Needed:
Bachelors or master s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
PMP/PMI certification preferred
Typically, 10+ years experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience designing and developing project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
