Job description

Our Clients a leading Indian group in Congo ( DRC) is looking for the following professional for one of its division.

Position: Pre-Sales Fire & Safety Manager.

Location : Lubumbashi DRC ( Congo, Africa )

Salary : 2000 per month, with a local allowance of USD 300

Looking to target industries such as manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and commercial real estate locally. Internationally, explore opportunities in regions with stringent fire safety regulations. Specific brands and organizations will depend on market research and client profiles.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENT:

ï'· Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
ï'· Additional certifications or training in fire safety, such as Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS), Certified Fire Inspector (CFI), or equivalent, are advantageous.

ï'· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or pre-sales roles, preferably within the fire safety industry.

ï'· Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing fire safety projects from initiation to completion.
ï'· Experience in interpreting fire safety regulations, codes, and standards applicable to various industries and regions.

ï'· Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to fire safety in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.

ï'· Strong understanding of fire fighting tools and services, including fire suppression systems, extinguishers, alarms, and related technologies.

ï'· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

ï'· Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

ï'· Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job description

As a Pre Sales Fire & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for meeting clients and proposing fire fighting tools and services to secure contracts. This role will be crucial in identifying client needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and ultimately driving business growth through successful contract acquisition. Key Responsibilities:

ï'· Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their fire safety requirements and challenges.

ï'· Solution Proposal: Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized fire fighting tools and services solutions tailored to meet client needs.

ï'· Proposal Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, effectively communicating the benefits and value of our offerings.

ï'· Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

ï'· Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

ï'· Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

ï'· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

ï'· Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
