Job description
Responsibilities :
1. Collecting and analyzing large amounts of information from the BFSI sector to discover trends and patterns.
2. Formulating and employing various modeling techniques to formulate strategies that can optimally balance risk and return.
3. Developing predictive models and machine-learning algorithms.
4. Combining models through ensemble modeling.
5. Presenting information using data visualization techniques.
6. Proposing solutions and strategies to business challenges in the BFSI sector.
7. Collaborating with engineering and product development teams.
Requirements :
1. 2-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst in the BFSI sector.
2. Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools like R, Python, SAS, Tableau, etc.
3. Understanding of machine-learning and operations research.
4. Knowledge of SQL and database management.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on BFSI product development.
6. Experience using business intelligence tools and data frameworks.
7. Educational background in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
